JOB ROLE 

We build and run automation systems across a 7-brand e-commerce ecosystem. You'll own our Make.com stack, AI/LLM integrations, and data pipelines — working directly with the Senior PM driving AI adoption across the company. This is a hands-on builder role. You ship, not consult. 

WHAT YOU WILL OWN 

• Make.com scenario builds — new workflows, maintenance, error handling, and fallback logic 

• Claude API and LLM integrations inside automation workflows 

• REST API connections between our internal CRM, OpenCart, Google Ads, and Microsoft Teams 

• Data pulls from GA4, Google Ads, and MySQL turned into actionable reports 

• Monitoring of all running scenarios — you own uptime, not just the build 

MUST HAVE 

• 1+ year hands-on Make.com — multi-scenario builds, iterators, filters, error handling 

• REST APIs — you've called them directly, handled auth, parsed JSON, debugged failures 

• LLM API experience — Claude, OpenAI, or any model. Side project counts. 

• SQL — you can write queries, join tables, and spot bad data 

• JavaScript or Python — enough to handle what Make can't 

NICE TO HAVE 

• PHP/MySQL experience 

• Google Ads or GA4 API experience 

• OpenCart or any e-commerce platform familiarity
