SEO Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve Conversion Rate, On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO improvements. The role requires a proactive individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of taking full ownership of SEO initiatives. Prior experience in e-commerce SEO is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings
- Conduct regular audits and optimizations for On-Page SEO elements (meta tags, internal linking, content structure, etc.)
- Execute Off-Page strategies including link building and outreach
- Manage Technical SEO tasks: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and more
- Monitor organic traffic and sales performance using tools like GA4 and Search Console, and develop strategies to improve organic conversions and revenue
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
- Monitor performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website
- Take ownership of SEO reporting and clearly communicate progress and growth opportunities
